Masha was available around the clock to answer our questions and to give us advice as to how to conduct the negotiation prior to closing. We did not understand at all how we could rent an apartment without having a credit history. But Masha helped us to find some very nice apartments, showed them all, and we chose the one that we liked the most. Masha managed to negotiate with the agent, and the lease was approved for us, even despite our difficult case. Masha is a very open, responsive and active person.
